How Do I Place An Order?
You may place an order over the phone or email by contacting Ginny. You may also make online purchases on this secure site. Just go to the "SHOP" tab on the menu and make a selection from our online catalog.
Payment and Shipping
Accepted payments are: Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, check or money order.
Once payment is received, the item is shipped.
Shipping is FREE and insured if order is more than $75.00. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please keep the original packing material. We may need photos of the packing. Send an email to wgpowers3@fuse.net or call 513-367-2323 for instructions.
Returns & Refunds
If you decide not to keep the items you purchased, you have 30 days to return it. Please email me for return information.
My work is guaranteed and I will repair or replace any of my creations that have been damaged under normal wear and tear.
How to Care for Jewelry
Treat the jewelry as you would any piece of your fine jewelry. These creations are NOT costume jewelry.
Privacy Policy
Any personal information, including your email address, will NOT be shared. I will use the information to process your order, inform you about the status of your order or to update you on new pieces I have created.
DO NOT send any personal info such as credit card numbers, through email.
